That’s why I’ve teamed up with my local animal charity here in Nosara, ive seen the work they do first hand and want to give them more funds to find foster families and medication for the animals living here in Nosara.

Imagine this: for just £20, you could win a fully-paid spot at one of my amazing 7-day retreats in Costa Rica. Yes, you read that right! This includes flights, accommodation, all meals and activities. It truly is the best £20 you’ll ever spend!
You have the chance to pick from either my Sweat and Smile 2025 retreat, the Reconnect to Yourself 2024 retreat, or any future retreats if the dates don’t work for you. And don't worry—I’ll be releasing more dates for 2025 and 2026 very soon.

Buy Your Tickets: The Raffle will start on the 31st August and are just £20 each. You can buy as many as you like (UK residents only; if you’re abroad, ask a UK buddy to help out).
Spread the Word: Tell your friends, family, and social media – the more, the merrier and the quicker all the tickets are sold the quicker the winners will be announced.
Wait for the Draw: We’ll pick 5 winners once all 2500 tickets are sold, il be announcing on social media and you will receive a text message to let you know you if you are successful or not
