Why My Retreats?
I’m all about creating experiences that push you out of your comfort zone in the best way possible. No fluff, no distractions—just powerful moments that change how you see yourself and your life. My retreats are a blend of adventure, movement, and deep personal exploration, designed to help you step into the person you’re meant to be.
If you’re craving a break from keeping it all together and want to be surrounded by people who are as ready for a shift as you are, these retreats are for you. They’re not just about escaping your daily life—they’re about stepping into a completely different version of yourself. It’s a chance to leave behind the habits, expectations, and beliefs that no longer serve you and embrace a week of letting go, exploration, and connection.
My Why?
I started hosting retreats back in 2013 after having a list of places I wanted to visit but no one to visit them with. I shared a post on Instagram asking if anyone wanted to join me in exploring the world. Fifteen direct messages later, the trip was booked. It was one of those ‘is this really happening?’ moments where a group of strangers became friends, and we’ve continued adventuring ever since.
That first trip sparked more. We reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, trekked the Inca Trail, conquered the four peaks of our Indonesia Volcano Trek, learned to salsa in Cuba, surfed in Portugal, and made wine in France—all while eating delicious food, being kind to our bodies, and diving into self-discovery workshops.
But my retreats are about more than just the destinations. It’s about helping people break free from their comfort zones, see themselves in a new light, and unlock their potential. It’s about creating a space where you can show up authentically, explore parts of yourself you didn’t know existed, and build connections that last a lifetime.
Nosara, Costa Rica, is where it all began for me. My first-ever surf retreat was here, and now it’s the place our family calls home. There’s a magic to this place that’s hard to put into words, but every time I host a retreat here, I see people transform in ways they never imagined. I’m thrilled to welcome you to experience this magic first hand.

Planning retreats can be tricky and so if you could share with me where you would love to visit, the time of year that you are most likely to be available and if you would prefer to attend a retreat alone, as a couple of with your family it helps me to create the perfect escape for you.

Do I need to be a certain fitness level?
Each Retreat is unique but they’re all based around getting you to fall in love with yourself and realizing your potential. Everything is adapted no matter your fitness levels, experience, ability, gender. disability or age and the meals provided are glorious, there’s no skipping calories or restricting, we eat and fall in love with new recipes.
Which retreat is best for me?
I host three types of Retreats, both are suitable for everyone but are very different In style. My ‘Retreats’ are focused around you. I am your coach, mentor and friend. We live together as a big family in a villa and I take care of all of your needs but my primary focus is to make you fall in love with yourself, move your body and have fun. My ‘Challenge Retreats’ are based around us being a team, we conquer something together such as climbing MT Kilimanjaro, the Inca Trail, I am very much on the journey with you and spend time before the Challenge giving you all the tips and tools to feel your best to complete the challenge.
My day retreats are the perfect taster session, a chance to see what happens in longer retreats condensed into one day, workshops, movement, food, fun and treats, its a great way to experience a retreat without needing to take time off.
Can I come on my own?
90% of people who attend my retreats attend solo and in most cases it’s their first ever solo trip. I also have friends and mothers and daughters, sisters. Don’t let the idea of coming alone put you off. It genuinely makes for a better experience as you’re putting yourself out there and can really discover yourself, not to mention make lifelong friends.

Found the Retreat for you, Amazing! Just click the link and you’ll receive an email with more information and the opportunity to ask any questions you need answered. Once the full group is confirmed I’ll be in touch via WhatsApp and invite you to a WhatsApp group for that group so that you can all get to know each other, get excited and plan a meeting point for those of you traveling from similar destinations / airports.
