Each pack has 45 individual exercises and 9 set routines at the back of the pack to give you a little inspiration but once you’ve got the hang of those you can go rogue and pick your own cards from legs, upper body Abs and Cardio or Trimester one, two or three if using the Pregnancy cards. 

Each card has a picture of the exercise and a description of how to perform the move on the back, as well as a guide on reps, sets and rest and even come with a selection of motivational quotes to keep you on the fitness wagon!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my delivery address? 

We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your address after your order has been made. Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you provide.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address? 

You can select a shipping address which is not the same as your billing address. However please note we cannot change a shipping address after an order has been placed. Please double check the items and shipping address carefully when completing your order.

How long should I warm up or cool down?

Please allow 5 to 10 minutes for warm up and cool down, pick a couple of the exercises and complete for around 20 reps per move or until warm.
