Whether you’re coming solo or with friends, my activities cater to all fitness levels and dietary preferences. It's all about enjoying yourself, discovering new passions, and returning home refreshed and inspired.

Rooms and Prices:

Private room: £2800pp (£560 deposit) Incl. VAT

Shared twin room: £2400pp (£480 deposit) Incl. VAT

Shared triple room: £2100pp (£420 deposit) Incl. VAT

Travel Information:

The first day of the retreat is arrival day so we recommend that you arrive that day via the 11:05 from LGW BA direct flight into San Jose. The best return is the 18:40 from SJO arriving back into LGW at 10:55 on the 8th December. You will then be picked up by your free transfer and delivered safely to your retreat home that evening. We will feed you & you can roll straight into bed.

If you have a little more time, BA flys out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and TUI has direct flights on Wednesdays. If you choose one of these options you could take the time to explore more of Costa Rica and use your free transfer to get you to Casa Kismet at your convenience on the Saturday.

If you are flying from America, American Airlines fly into Liberia almost everyday.

      To reserve your space, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit payable by bank transfer.

A further 35% will be due by 30th July 2024 and the balance by 5th October

If you would prefer to make monthly instalments, this is also possible after the 20% non-refundable  deposit is paid. Please note that for cancellations made within six weeks of the retreat, no refund will be given on the balance either. No refund will be provided for cancellations due to COVID-related conditions at the time of travel. Attendees must be 18 years old or above. We recommend you obtain third-party travel insurance which covers Covid-related cancellations.

Additional food outside of Casa Kismet menu and alcohol.

Last night meal at local restaurant.
