Why I Created This

After years of working 1:1 with women who were ready to shift but unsure how, I noticed the same patterns:
Brains overloaded. Dreams paused. Too many tabs open.

That’s why I created Unstuck, to bring that same transformation into a supportive group space, without the price tag of 1:1 work.

I’m not here to fix you.
